All I can say today is AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I found the most wonderful masseuse - a huge man who found all the nooks and crannies and squashed all my stress, tension and pain away.

He's worth is weight in gold and I will be heading back his way often.

I have always been scared of masseuses. I don't know what it is, but I'm just terrified they are going put the hurt on me, rather than alleviate it. And with my luck, I'd get a HUGE Swedish lady named Helga who had hands the size of Volvo tires.

Still though, I'm intrigued. Maybe I ought to give it a try. The worst that can happen is that I'll have blog fodder.

Audrey - you should give it a try. Tell the masseuse right at the start that you are nervous about the level of pressure. He/she will start off very gentle and only increase the pressure if you ask. These are professionals and they want to make you feel better, not worse. Discuss with him/her before the massage what areas are giving you difficulty and they can concentrate on them. And then, just close your eyes and sail away. A well done massage is just amazing - your whole spirit will rise up and dance.
